Gary Colleran, B.A. (Hons), C.M.C.T.


Gary graduated from Bedford College of Higher Education in 1990 and went on to work within SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals for 10 years in a number of roles within Sales; Training & Development; and Sales Management.  During his time there he won awards for highest performance in each of these roles.

In 1999 Gary became one of the first of a select group of trainers and consultants to have passed the rigorous requirements and training in order to earn their Cialdini Method Certification. Dr Robert Cialdini - the most cited living social psychologist in the world today – developed his extensive research as a professional resource to improve organisational and personal performance by deploying ethical influence strategies.  Compelling, ethical and proven by scientific methodology, Dr. Robert Cialdini's work is sought after for its transformational message and results-oriented application and Gary’s knowledge and understanding of this work is applied to the client solutions he develops.

Through his pharmaceutical industry experience, Gary has seen where many sales force effectiveness projects have been successful and unsuccessful and by contrasting these experiences he has identified implementation as a critical factor.  It is in response to this experience that under his entrepreneurial leadership, over the past decade Sales interAction have developed their AdvanceTM and Appraise products and achieved great success in improving sales performance for their clients.

An enthusiastic athlete, Gary has played rugby at Premiership level where he enjoyed considerable success and continues to play when time allows.  He relishes sporting challenges and has taken part in the Chicago Marathon 5 times in recent years, and in addition to his regular 10K running and triathlon events he attempts his third Lands End to John O’Groats cycling challenge (874 miles) in 2011.

 

 

Anne Buckingham, B.A. (Hons), Dip SysPrac (Open), M.A.P.M


Anne graduated with a B.A (Hons) in Business Studies and Systems Practice, specialising in the development of systems thinking; methods to improve decision making; and active intervention in the management of complexity in various contexts involving people and technology. In her role as SiAs Business Manager she has had a critical role to play in developing the company’s organisational infrastructure, systems and processes.  This has facilitated expansion following success of their innovative SFE management systems and service.

With over 12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience Anne understands the intricacies of project implementation in this sector and has developed strategies to ensure that they are met.


A Member of the Association of Project and Programme Management Anne has successfully managed and implemented large scale SFE system and services projects in a variety of pharmaceutical client organisations, managing teams of project specialists and support; meeting budget and schedule commitments; and providing management reports and liaison.

Anne values each and every customer and supplier and strives to ensure proper technical and personnel support to all our clients.  Her customers have many words of thanks and support:

Anne has 2 children that play a huge part in her life.  She enjoys trying new sporting challenges: London to Cambridge cycle event; London to Brighton cycle event; Whipsnade 10K run ‘stampede’; 100K London Nightrider cycle; and in 2011 the Great North Windermere Lake Swim.
