APPRAISE (SALES CALL ANALYSIS)

 

Our bespoke Sales Call Analysis projects analyse and report on sales call structure, messaging, campaign and selling skills of individual sales forces. This also offers the opportunity to compare performance across organisational regions and profiles and to benchmark performance against our comprehensive database of primary care and hospital specialist sales team data.

This analysis uses researched and scientifically proven principles of selling to identify opportunities to improve sales performance.  The analysis can be undertaken using our own proven principles of selling as a framework for objectively assessing the performance of the sales force and/or aligned to the elements of your own sales model.

Projects comprise an audit and analysis of current sales calls using comparator industry benchmark data. How does it work?

  • SiA conduct a series of data capture field visits with your sales teams
  • The captured sales call performance data is then entered onto our bespoke analysis software and is analysed to provide: a review of the call structure, a list of the most commonly asked questions and detailed breakdown of the questioning patterns used compared to similar industry others.
  • Reports are based on the findings of the audit and provide ‘Recommendations’ which outline prioritised possible alterations to call structure, training interventions and training intervention delivery.
  • SiA then provide continuing support to the Sales Management Team to ensure recommendations that have been actioned are implemented successfully.
