CAREERS AT SALES INTERACTION

If you’d like to be a part of a company with a creative, learning and trusting culture, that’s expanding, and believe you have the skills and application to help us deliver our SFE systems and services then we’d like to hear from you.

Current vacancies are advertised on this site, but if there isn’t a position for you right now, let us know what it is that you are searching for and what you feel you can add to our existing team through this exciting time?  (Contact: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To help you understand what it’s like to work with us we’ve outlined some of the roles performed by team members.

Project Managers and Administrators
Acting as the main point of contact for a client, our project managers organise and manage all aspects of customising, introducing and supporting use of sales force effectiveness (SFE) tools by clients in the Pharmaceutical sector. These SFE tools help companies to benchmark and then track the performance of sales representatives in educating doctors and healthcare professionals about pharmaceutical products. Each client company and each product has a slightly different set of needs that need to be understood, captured and implemented within our tools and systems in order to deliver optimum results.

Content Writers
Once captured, client requirements have to be translated into instructions and guidance for sales managers and sales reps to understand and learn about new Pharmaceutical products and the benefits they offer. Medical writing knowledge is required, as well as an ability to write in a clear and concise manner. Content is developed in conjunction with client teams and like all creative tasks requires an ability to understand the context within which content will be used.

AV Specialists
Because we often use audio visual content to coach sales teams and to provide feedback on real-life doctor/sales meetings, we employ AV specialists able to set up, record and then distribute digital audio visual content to project managers and their clients.

Translators / Transcribers
Because we work with multi-national companies we need to implement multi-lingual projects from time to time. This requires support from native speakers with good writing skills and with an understanding of medical terminology in mother tongue.

Doctor - Medical liaison managers
Because we focus on in-call effectiveness we need to recruit real doctors and HCPs to participate in our observed and recorded studies. You need to understand how to contact health care professionals on behalf of our client and us, know the ethical codes under which medical practitioners work and be able to sensitively and professionally organise these opportunities for observation of in-call performance.

Students and Work Experience
We're always interested in talking to students looking for a placement as part of their course, or young people looking for short-term practical experience to get their careers started.  Just send a CV, covering letter, and examples of relevant work (if appropriate) to Anne Buckingham B.A. (Hons), Dip SysPrac (Open), M.A.P.M.
